About Levance Consulting

Levance Consulting was founded in London in 2015 by Edward Register, a specialist in loan servicing operations, structured finance, and operational risk.

Today, Levance provides fractional operations leadership and advisory services to lenders, credit funds, and financial services firms navigating complex operational challenges — whether that’s building a servicing function from the ground up, implementing a new loan management system, or preparing for institutional scrutiny from rating agencies, regulators, or investors.

Edward brings over 20 years of experience across commercial real estate lending, securitisation, and operational risk management in both North America and Europe. His career spans senior leadership roles at Solutus Advisors, Fitch Ratings, DBRS, JP Morgan and Trimont Real Estate - covering portfolios up to £10bn, teams across multiple geographies, and responsibilities ranging from loan operations and agency services to building and leading rating agency programmes across EMEA.

Through Levance, Edward has delivered operational risk frameworks, rating readiness assessments, strategic planning, and loan servicing advisory to clients across investment banking, asset management, and real estate.
